If I receive the product damaged or broken during shipment what can I do?

ArtCulture offers you a free replacement if the order is received in poor condition through the fault of the cooperating courier. Just let us know up to 2 days after you receive it.

If the product is not what I imagined or changed my mind and I want another color for example, can I return it?

I have ordered 3 products but I want a separate package for each as these are gifts with different recipients. Is it possible?

Please note when completing the order at check out in the information field and we will serve you with the best possible solution.

Can you add the wishes I will write to you on a card in the package as it is for a gift?

What is the origin of the products? Imported?

All ArtCulture products are made in Greece, handmade or hand-painted, accompanied by certificates of authentic Greek product.
